Who we are

This website, infinityailabs.tech, is operated by Infinity AI Technology Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Infinity AI”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

This notice covers the website only. Use of LAVERTY during private testing is governed by separate arrangements with invited users.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company (if you provide it), the type of enquiry and your message.
  • Technical information. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request details in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Spam protection. When online sending is enabled, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile processes signals from your browser for that purpose.
  • Third-party resources. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and a graphics library is loaded from cdnjs (operated by Cloudflare). Those providers receive your IP address when your browser requests these files.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and follow up on it;
  • to arrange demos and discuss pilots, partnerships or investment, when you ask about them;
  • to keep the website secure and working; and
  • to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, security and form verification;
  • Resend — delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox, when online sending is enabled;
  • Microsoft — our business email is hosted on Microsoft 365.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

International transfers

How long we keep it
